HOUSE GUIDELINES

Welcome to Feel Belgrade Apartments. We are delighted to host you and wish you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in termination of stay without refund.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 14:00 (24h self check-in available).
Check-out: until 11:00.

Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charge. Departures after 16:00 are charged as an extra night.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not permitted indoors. Violation of this policy will result in a professional cleaning fee.

QUIET HOURS

Please respect other residents of the building. Quiet hours are observed between 14:00–17:00 and 22:00–09:00. Parties and loud music are not permitted.

REGISTERED GUESTS

Only guests registered in the reservation may stay overnight. The number of guests must correspond to the number confirmed in the booking.

CCTV SURVEILLANCE

For safety reasons, common areas of the building are monitored by video surveillance.

CARE OF THE APARTMENT

Guests are kindly requested to treat the apartment, furniture, and equipment with care. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after departure may result in additional charges. Additional cleaning or linen change during the stay can be arranged upon request.

DEPARTURE REMINDER

Upon departure, please ensure that windows are closed, water taps turned off, lights and appliances switched off, and the apartment door securely locked. In case of emergency, please follow the safety instructions in the apartment.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Feel Belgrade Apartments is not liable for loss or theft unless caused by proven negligence.

Airport transfers and sightseeing tours in Belgrade and across Serbia are available upon request.

APARTMENT ESSENTIALS

Feel Belgrade Apartments

To help you feel comfortable during your stay, please find below the most important practical information about your apartment.

HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

The apartment is connected to the city central heating system during the official heating season. Heating operates according to municipal schedules.
For additional comfort, the apartment is also equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling. Please use the remote control provided and keep windows closed while the unit is operating.

HOT WATER

The apartment uses an electric instant water heater.
To have hot water, please make sure the dedicated boiler power switch (located near the bathroom entrance) is turned ON.

KITCHEN USE

The kitchen is fully equipped for light meal preparation. Please switch off the stove after use and do not leave cooking unattended.
Dishwasher tablets are provided in the kitchen. Please use only dishwasher tablets in the dishwasher.

WASHING MACHINE

The washing machine is intended for washing only (no drying function).
Before use, please make sure the dedicated power switch for the washing machine is turned ON (usually located near the kitchen area).
Guests are required to provide their own laundry detergent.
Strictly do not use dishwashing liquid or any hand-washing detergent in the washing machine, as this may cause serious damage.

WASTE DISPOSAL

Guests are kindly requested to take their garbage out of the apartment. Waste containers are located across the street, near the reception building.

BATHROOM

Please do not dispose of wet wipes, sanitary products, or other non-paper items in the toilet.

ELECTRICITY

In case of any electrical issue, please contact us immediately.
For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to access or manipulate the electrical fuse panel.

WINDOWS & BALCONY

Please ensure windows are closed when leaving the apartment. During strong winds, keep balcony doors securely shut.

Hotel Information

Check out is until 11:00 (later check out will be additionally charged)
Lost key will be charged 80€
Smoking in the apartments is strictly forbidden, in case of penalty fee will be charged 110€
In case of any caused damage, it will be charged on check out
